Overview

Connie Pak focuses her practice on all aspects of transactional real estate development including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, real estate financing, construction and development, estate planning support, and general real estate transactional matters for assets of all sizes. Connie represents businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in diverse industries that include finance, technology, entertainment and media, sports, and health care. She also represents governmental agencies, non-profit organizations and high net worth individuals.

Connie regularly assists real estate investors, developers, operators and owners with purchases and sales of commercial and industrial, and high-end residential real estate, and of vacant land. Connie represents property owners, managers and tenants in connection with office, industrial, retail, media production, luxury residential, billboard, and telecommunications leases and licensing arrangements.

Connie also has experience representing lenders and borrowers in the origination of real estate credit facilities, loan securitization matters, intercreditor relationships, and work-outs. She has represented financial institutions and other lenders in syndicated and single-lender real estate financings, including construction, acquisition, and long-term loans.
