Walter Curchack's practice covers a broad spectrum of complex bankruptcy and corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on the representation of creditors, indenture trustees and the buyers and sellers of assets. Mr. Curchack also has significant experience in financing, corporate trust, investment advisory and corporate governance matters, cross-border bankruptcy and insolvency matters, and the formation, financing and restructuring of corporate and real estate transactions.
