Vivien (Yun) Bai
Associate

Vivien Bai’s practice focuses primarily on representation of public companies in connection with public offerings of securities, PIPEs and reverse mergers. She also assists clients with registration statements, their reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and corporate governance issues, as well as compliance with the requirements of various exchanges, including NYSE, NASDAQ and NYSE AMEX. She has represented venture capital funds and early-stage technology companies on venture capital matters. In addition, she has vast experience in alternative dispute resolution in China.

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Ms. Bai was an associate in the Beijing office of Hogan & Hartson, LLP.
