Virginia Briseno
Paralegal

Virginia Briseno is a paralegal engaged in the firm's Litigation practice. She has extensive trial experience that include several high profile large complex jury trials. Ms. Briseno has also worked on matters involving motion picture producers and distributors regarding production and distribution hearings before entertainment industry arbitration panels. In addition, she has experience working on numerous trials before the probate court involving disputes over trusts, decedents' estates and conservatorships.

Prior Work Experience

Ms. Briseno started at Loeb & Loeb in 1979 until 2005. She returns to the firm after working at Bingham Mccuthen, LLP from 2005 to 2006, where she handled private client defense arbitration matters on behalf of broker-dealer firms.
