Vadim J. Rubinstein is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation and Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Creditors' Rights Groups. He has a broad range of experience in both transactional and litigation aspects of bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. He has represented or currently represents indenture trustees, administrative agents, debtors in possession, creditors committees, chapter 7 and chapter 11 trustees, acquirers and sellers of assets, secured and unsecured creditors, and landlords. Mr. Rubinstein’s experience includes significant representations in Ownit Mortgage Solutions, ION Media Networks, Spansion, Washington Mutual, Luminent Mortgage Capital, Refco, Asia Global Crossing, Cyberrebate.com and Northwest Airlines.

Represented the chapter 11 trustee of Anita Terrace Owners, Inc., one of the largest co-op bankruptcy cases to be filed in New York
Represented the chapter 7 trustee in the Asia Global Crossing bankruptcy case
