Associate
Uleses Henderson’s practice focuses on all aspects of intellectual property counseling and litigation, including information technology and outsourcing transactions and matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, entertainment and new media and publicity rights. He regularly advises companies, public entities and associations on matters involving the use of information technology, including drafting and negotiating information system acquisition and technology implementation agreements (professional service agreements, SOWs and SLAs), software development agreements, software license agreements and Web site development and hosting agreements.
His litigation experience has involved many different technologies and industries, including entertainment, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, medical devices, telecommunications, imaging and inspection devices, sports equipment, signal processing, video, television, broadcasting and digital electronics. As for patents, copyrights and trademarks: Mr. Henderson works directly with large and small companies and individuals advising as to the protection, exploitation, and enforcement of copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, rights of publicity and privacy, patents and other intellectual property domestically and internationally. His practice includes IP prosecution, clearance, counseling, licensing, and enforcement, including ICANN complaints.
Mr. Henderson has experience in the entertainment and new media areas, including counseling clients on both transactional and content aspects of music, television and radio broadcasting, motion pictures, publishing, photography, content licensing, sports and sponsorship of live sporting events, online entertainment and other entertainment industry matters.

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. Henderson was an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP.
