Toyota Pushes For Arbitration In Defective Brake MDL

are named as counsel for Toyota Motor Corp. in the class action suit filed against the automaker alleging defective antilock braking systems in certain Toyota and Lexus hybrid vehicles. Mallow is quoted on Toyota’s recent motion to arbitrate the claims of several of the named plaintiffs, citing the arbitration clauses in the purchase agreements signed by the plaintiffs.
