Tom Guida has a dynamic business development-focused practice representing entertainment and media companies and brand owners in commercial, licensing and corporate deals, with a significant focus on digital content development and distribution. His work includes significant joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and co-branded Internet and wireless advertising and distribution endeavors. He also regularly negotiates agreements related to film and television production and finance, interactive entertainment, social media, mobile apps, trademark and copyright licenses, and other branded entertainment.
Mr. Guida has provided pro bono counsel through the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, Career Transitions for Dancers and Lawyers Alliance for New York.
