Tom Guida has a dynamic business development-focused practice representing entertainment companies and brand owners in commercial, licensing and corporate deals, with a significant focus on digital content development and distribution. His work includes major deals and projects such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and co-branded Internet and wireless advertising and distribution endeavors. He regularly negotiates agreements related to film and television production and finance, trademark and copyright licenses, and branded entertainment.
He also maintains an active online intellectual property enforcement practice, and has litigated complex trademark, copyright and domain name disputes for clients throughout the United States and in Europe.
Mr. Guida has provided pro bono counsel through the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, Career Transitions for Dancers and Lawyers Alliance for New York.

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. Guida was a partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP.
