Stuart P. Tobisman
Partner and Chair, Los Angeles Trusts and Estates Department

Stu Tobisman focuses his practice on estate and tax planning for individual clients and in the administration of estates and trusts. His clients include prominent individuals in industry, commerce and entertainment, as well as individuals, banks and trust companies acting in fiduciary capacities. Mr. Tobisman also advises owners of closely held businesses in connection with estate and tax planning matters.

Mr. Tobisman has lectured at the USC Institute on Federal Taxation, the UCLA/CEB Estate Planning Institute, California Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB), and the Practising Law Institute program on estate and financial planning for owners of closely held businesses, among others.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Mr. Tobisman was a partner and chairman of the estate planning and exempt organizations practice group at O'Melveny & Myers LLP.
