Having spent more than a decade in the entertainment and media industry, Mr. Byrd brings a deep understanding and wealth of experience to his practice. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the negotiation and drafting of a broad variety of agreements, including talent, production, distribution, animation, licensing, consumer products, book publishing and music deals, and has worked on productions ranging from live shows to animated television series to theatrical motion pictures.

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. Byrd managed the day-to-day business and legal affairs of Big Idea, a leading family media and entertainment company behind the hit children’s series VeggieTales.
