Stephen Zager handles a broad range of entertainment transactions, including negotiating and documenting finance, development, production and distribution agreements for banks, production companies, independent producers, distributors, completion guarantors and other institutional entertainment and media entities.

Mr. Zager has also negotiated agreements for actors, directors, producers, writers and other above and below the line talent.

In addition to his practice at Loeb & Loeb, Mr. Zager has written film reviews for the Los Angeles Daily Journal, one of the most well respected legal newspapers in the country.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Mr. Zager was vice president of business and legal affairs at a leading motion picture completion bond company, where he worked on numerous films ranging from small-budget independent projects to major studio tent pole productions.
