is quoted on the civil lawsuit filed against Linda Welton, who sells maps of stars homes from the corner of Sunset and Carolwood Drive outside the mansion where pop superstar Michael Jackson lived. Mirell addresses the fact that the suit filed by the mansion's owners, which declares Welton's stand a public nuisance, is likely to be fail because it cites a Los Angeles city ordinance already found to be unconstitutional by a higher court.
