Ms. Howard represents corporations and individuals in complex commercial litigation and white collar criminal cases, in addition to conducting internal investigations and counseling clients on how to avoid litigation.

In civil matters, she has successfully represented business entities in a broad variety of business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts. These disputes have included claims for fraud, unfair or deceptive trade practices, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, defamation and civil RICO. She has also counseled responses to FTC investigations and defended federal court actions to enforce the FTC Act and related statutes. Her civil practice includes defense of individual and class actions.

In criminal matters, Ms. Howard has defended and investigated claims of bribery, false statements and tax fraud, as well as alleged violations of securities laws, the FCPA and criminal RICO. Her practice has included representing individuals and companies in grand jury proceedings and in indicted cases.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Ms. Howard was a litigation associate at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP.
