Ryan Austin's practice encompasses a wide range of U.S. federal income and state and local tax matters. He has significant experience representing clients in federal and state tax controversy proceedings at both the administrative and judicial levels, including companies in bankruptcy. He also regularly provides tax advice in connection with commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and entertainment-related corporate work.

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. Austin was a tax associate in the Century City office of O'Melveny & Myers LLP.
