As Loeb & Loeb's Chief Financial Officer, Ron Yano oversees the firm's operational and strategic planning; performs analysis on lateral partner and merger candidates; negotiates bank loans, lines of credit and sublease agreements; directs pension plan design and its administration; as well as supervises the firm's billings and collections.

Prior Work Experience

With more than nineteen years of law firm experience, Mr. Yano was previously the controller at Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in San Francisco.

Prior to concentrating in the legal industry, he was the Western Region controller at Fluor Corporation and a senior auditor for Arthur Young & Co. (now Ernst & Young).
