Robert Holtzman is a retired partner; his general civil litigation practice included contract, real estate, building defects, entertainment, trade regulation, corporate securities, corporate and partnership, trust, banking and health care litigation in trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitration and mediation. He handled matters before federal and state regulatory agencies. He continues to serve as a “neutral” in arbitration and mediation proceedings. Also, Mr. Holtzman consults with members of the firm on dispute resolution matters. His principal clients were health care, entertainment, manufacturing and distribution companies.

He serves as arbitrator or mediator in contract, banking, manufacturing, entertainment, real estate finance and development, construction defect, partnership and corporate dissolution and aerospace and technology cases, including both domestic and international disputes. He has served as neutral arbitrator in national class action and multi-party arbitrations. He has also served as a judge pro tem, referee, mediator and arbitrator for the Los Angeles County courts.
