Mr. Steiner’s twenty-seven-year-tenure at Loeb & Loeb has provided him the opportunity to build extensive relationships and a diverse practice in the entertainment industry.
Mr. Steiner represents a wide variety of companies, including major television networks, motion picture studios and independent production companies regarding a variety of talent and music matters. He counsels business affairs executives and producers on strategic planning, project oversight and pre-litigation concerns. His areas of expertise include advising clients on copyright and intellectual property acquisitions for film, television and new media technologies; television and film production and distribution agreements; soundtrack album agreements; and merchandising and sponsorship agreements.
