Mr. Steiner’s twenty-seven-year-tenure at Loeb & Loeb has provided him the opportunity to build extensive relationships and a diverse practice in the entertainment industry.
Mr. Steiner represents a wide variety of companies, including major television networks, motion picture studios and independent production companies regarding a variety of talent and music matters. He counsels business affairs executives and producers on strategic planning, project oversight and pre-litigation concerns. His areas of expertise include advising clients on copyright and intellectual property acquisitions for film, television and new media technologies; television and film production and distribution agreements; soundtrack album agreements; and merchandising and sponsorship agreements. His corporate clients include HBO, CBS and World of Wonder (
Million Dollar Listing, RuPaul's Drag Race
).
Mr. Steiner also works with individual directors, producers, managers, screenwriters, composers, musicians, songwriters, music supervisors and literary authors. Mr. Steiner has vast experience negotiating management agreements, music publishing agreements, catalogue purchase agreements, literary option and book publishing agreements.
