Rachel A. Rappaport is an associate in Loeb & Loeb’s Consumer Protection Defense and Unfair Competition Practice Group. Ms. Rappaport concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, including statewide, national and multi-district class actions, false and deceptive advertising actions, business torts and consumer claims. She has represented clients in high-stakes litigation in the automobile, health and wellness, and entertainment industries, among others.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Rappaport regularly counsels clients on marketing and advertising issues and compliance with state and national consumer protection laws.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP’s Century City office, Ms. Rappaport was an associate in the firm’s New York office and a law clerk at Wachtel & Maysr, LLP in New York. She also spent four years as a consultant for the Office of Peace and Social Justice at The Ford Foundation.
