Phillip E. Adler
Partner
Phillip Adler’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions in addition to corporate, transactional, and commercial matters, with a special emphasis on technology, licensing and other intellectual property issues. He also has extensive experience in the publishing and mail-order industries.
Mr. Adler has over 35 years of experience in a variety of intellectual property practice areas, including the acquisition and licensing of proprietary information technology systems, the licensing of proprietary software and the acquisition of telecommunication systems. Mr. Adler frequently handles the licensing or transfer of technology of both patentable and nonpatentable intellectual property pertaining to the financial and insurance industries, the health care industry and manufacturing operations and retail applications.
Mr. Adler’s practice also includes both general commercial work and technology-related services involving the use of the Internet.
