Paul P. Sagan

Paul Sagan's practice focuses on complex lending transactions, as well as related restructuring and reorganization matters involving the representation of significant financial institutions in their capacities as agents or lenders in a multitude of industries.

His work has included a variety of loan transactions, including leveraged cash flow and asset-based loans, single lender and syndicated transactions, multi-tranche facilities, senior and subordinated facilities, acquisition financings, cross-border transactions and special purpose loans.

Mr. Sagan has a broad range of experience in the negotiation of intercreditor arrangements. In addition, his practice has involved the representation of clients in major bankruptcy matters.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Mr. Sagan worked in the corporate group at Winston & Strawn LLP.
