Pamela Drucker’s practice includes income tax planning and structuring for business and investment activities, as well as related tax compliance issues and resolution of tax controversies with state and federal tax authorities. Her practice emphasizes tax planning and structuring for international transactions, cross-border investments and U.S. and California withholding tax issues with respect to non-U.S. individuals, corporations and other foreign entities.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to the start of her legal career, Ms. Drucker was a practicing certified public accountant in Arizona.

After receiving her LL.M., she served as attorney-advisor to the Honorable Maurice Foley of the U.S. District Tax Court in Washington, DC.
