Associate
Noah J. Leichtling focuses his practice on the corporate, business, and securities areas, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity (including, fund formation, administration, and portfolio investments), debt and equity financing, venture capital, and general corporate representation, such as licensing agreements, joint ventures and other strategic alliances. His practice also involves the representation of executives and closely held business owners in a variety of commercial transactions, including employment agreements and other compensation arrangements.
His clients range from multinational corporations to closely held companies in a number of areas, including advertising, apparel, entertainment, fashion, information technology, marketing, media and private equity sponsor groups.
