  • Lease representing 120 Park Avenue Associates LLC, as landlord, in a large-scale office lease of more than 400,000 square feet at 120 Park Avenue to financial information and technology company Bloomberg L.P.
  • Lease representing Trinity Real Estate, as landlord, in a lease of 30,000 square feet to Cowtan & Tout for a showroom and office space at 205 Hudson St., New York, New York.
  • Lease representing Brookfield Properties, as landlord, in a lease of nearly 10,000 square feet of retail space to STK for a restaurant on the ground floor and concourse level of the building known as the Grace Building, located at 1114 Avenue of the Americas, New York, New York, and a café in the pavilion on the 43rd Street Plaza of the building.
  • Lease representing Willis Group, as tenant, in its lease of more than 140,000 square feet in the Sears Tower, located at 233 S. Wacker Drive, Chicago, Illinois. As part of the negotiations, Willis was granted naming rights to the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, which has been renamed Willis Tower.
  • Lease representing Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., as tenant, in its lease of 336,000 square feet of headquarters space in the Ordway Building, located at One Kaiser Plaza, Oakland, California.
  • Lease representing WebMD LLC, as tenant, in its lease of 47,000 square feet in the building commonly known as Worldwide Plaza, located at 825 Eighth Avenue, New York, New York.
