Loeb & Loeb Expands Life Sciences Platform With Addition of Corporate Partner, Lewis Ho, In Hong Kong

HONG KONG ­­– Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Lewis Ho has joined the firm’s Hong Kong office as a partner in the Capital Markets and Corporate Department. Ho helps life sciences and technology companies and their financial sponsors manage their intellectual property assets. His practice focuses on negotiating technology transfer transactions and enforcing IP rights. Ho has extensive experience advising on both inbound and outbound IP driven transactions, including negotiating a wide variety of M&A, collaboration, outsourcing, joint venture and licensing deals. He also assists Chinese companies acquiring IP assets and manufacturing facilities overseas.

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Ho was a partner at Dechert LLP in Hong Kong. He has been consistently recognized by Chambers Asia-Pacific and The Legal 500 as one of the leading life sciences and IP lawyers in China. He has also been recognized by IAM Patent 1000 in China. Ho has been active in a number of industry associations over the course of his career, including serving as Honorary Legal Advisor to the Hong Kong Association of the Pharmaceutical Industry (HKAPI) and Vice-Chairman of the IP Working Group of the Shanghai Chapter of the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China.
