4 Ways LA Ballot Proposal Would Stymie Development

The Coalition to Preserve L.A. is attempting to get a measure on November’s ballot.  This measure would severely restrict zoning changes in Los Angeles and could in return cripple development and intensify the already growing housing crisis.  Loeb & Loeb partner Paul Rohrer is quoted on the measure’s potential impact on zoning density in the city noting “Going forward, you’ll never be able to make…higher [density] than that, until this law would be repealed.”
