Loeb & Loeb Represents Octagon Entertainment in Connection with Arsenio Hall’s Return to Late-Night TV

LOS ANGELES – Loeb & Loeb LLP partner Scott Zolke represented Octagon Entertainment Productions as producing partner in connection with actor/comedian Arsenio Hall’s anticipated syndicated late-night talk show announced today by CBS Television Distribution (CTD).

Slated for debut in Fall 2013, the late-night show will be a joint production between CTD and Tribune Broadcasting, produced in association with Octagon and Arsenio Hall Communications Ltd. It is already sold in 52 percent of the country, including all top ten markets, and set to launch on 17 Tribune stations as well as major market stations from the CBS Television Stations group.
