Loeb & Loeb Expands Trusts & Estates Practice

LOS ANGELES, CA – Loeb & Loeb LLP announced today that Paul N. Frimmer will join the firm’s Los Angeles Trusts and Estates Department. Frimmer is nationally recognized, and he joins Loeb & Loeb from Irell & Manella LLP where he was a partner and head of the Personal Planning Practice Group.

Frimmer specializes in estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and trust administration, postmortem tax planning, probate litigation, charitable giving, art law and tax issues relating to these matters. He has authored or co-authored more than 50 publications on estate planning and related areas. Frimmer is a frequent speaker at national and local estate planning seminars and institutes, including the NYU Tax Institute, the USC Tax Institute, the University of Miami Estate Planning Institute, ALI-ABA seminars, the USC Probate and Trust Institute, and the UCLA Estate Planning Institute. He currently is on the Planning Committee of the USC Tax Institute and the UCLA Estate Planning Institute. He has been an associate professor of law at the USC law school.

Frimmer received his B.A. from Queens College and his J.D. cum laude from Fordham University. He is a California Certified Specialist in probate, estate planning and trust law, a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the International Academy of Probate and Trust Law, and a frequent speaker at national and local programs, including the USC Tax Institute, the NYU Tax Institute, and University of Miami Estate Planning Institute.
