Loeb & Loeb Represents Prairie Management Group and the Lewis Family in Investment in Fashion Retailer Evereve

Loeb & Loeb LLP represented Prairie Management Group, the investment office for Gordon and Carol Segal, co-founders of Crate & Barrel, and the Lewis Family, owner of the River Island retail company, in connection with an investment in women’s apparel retailer Evereve. The private equity investment was sponsored by Winona Capital Management.  The Evereve retail chain includes 52 stores in 18 states and this investment partnership will further its nationwide expansion.
