Michael L. Molinaro is a financial restructuring and bankruptcy lawyer. For more than 25 years, he has represented banks, financial institutions, insurance companies and other parties in complex bankruptcy, reorganization and commercial law matters and out-of-court workouts and restructurings.
Mr. Molinaro is a member of the Federal Trial Bar, and his practice includes litigating before the Federal Courts on contested matters pending throughout the country. Mr. Molinaro also has significant experience representing insurance companies, secured and unsecured lenders, financial service companies and many other clients on a wide variety of commercial finance transactions, including health care, real estate, credit card, intellectual property, leasing, hedge fund and derivative transactions.
Mr. Molinaro has published numerous articles on various aspects of bankruptcy law and is a frequent lecturer who has spoken on a variety of commercial and bankruptcy law topics, including the treatment of derivative transactions, cramdown, modification of the stay, partnership bankruptcies and lender liability.

Representation of the Welspun Group, one of the world’s largest home textile companies, in the acquisition of certain assets of KOJO Worldwide pursuant to a public sale with the simultaneous acquisition of three related companies in three different countries.
