Michael J. McIsaac
Associate
Michael McIsaac represents both borrowers and lenders in various aspects of commercial finance including secured transactions and asset-based lending. Mr. McIsaac has represented mezzanine lenders and equity sponsors in relation to numerous acquisitions, and has experience in aircraft and equipment finance, insurance premium finance, private equity, project finance and warehouse facilities.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. McIsaac was an associate at Vedder Price P.C. Mr. McIsaac was also Assistant General Counsel at A.I. Credit Corp., where he handled all legal issues relating to the company’s life insurance premium finance business.
