Meg Ross handles a diverse range of music transactions, such as the negotiation and documentation of recording agreements, composer agreements, publishing agreements, soundtrack agreements, merchandising agreements and licensing agreements.

Ms. Ross has experience in corporate transactions, including acquisitions of music publishing catalogs and of music management companies. She has also handled the negotiation and documentation of talent agreements for reality television.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Ms. Ross was a corporate associate at a prominent international law firm where she participated in various mergers and acquisitions (including the sale of a well-known Las Vegas Hotel & Casino), IPOs and secondary offerings. Prior to law school, she worked in the music division of DreamWorks, SKG.
