Online behavioral advertising is the practice of websites collecting, in a de-identified manner, your web surfing behavior as you visit websites and then serving you ads related to your interests, as inferred from your online behaviors. This panel will include an overview of the latest platforms, technologies and trends in online behavioral advertising. Attendees will learn how it works, and what legal and policy issues surround the practice, including privacy notice and choice, consumer expectations, legal standards, and more.
