Mark Streams has broad experience advising clients on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financings, joint ventures, partnerships and strategic alliances and general business transactions.

Mr. Streams’ clients have included domestic and international entrepreneurs, small businesses and large institutions operating in a number of different business sectors, including entertainment, sports, media, advertising, hospitality and resort, financial services, security, Internet, telecommunications and manufacturing.

As a member of the Corporate, Media and Entertainment Practice Group, Mr. Streams frequently represents clients engaged in the entertainment and media industries. He has significant experience counseling talent agencies, personal management companies, music publishers, film production companies and film financiers on a broad range of matters, including sales and acquisitions of film libraries and music publishing catalogues, film fund formation, equity capital raises, joint ventures and sponsorships.
