Marc Chamlin represents cable networks, production companies, branded content and advertising specialty companies, unwired barter networks, book publishers, internet content networks and sites, producers, actors, directors, television series and screenplay writers, book authors, and newscasters, as well as institutional media companies in complex entertainment/corporate transactions.
Mr. Chamlin has handled transactional work that includes non-scripted and scripted television series development, production and distribution; advertiser-financed television and internet series and film production, including product and brand integration and placement; children’s television animation and live action production and financing; dramatic and documentary theatrical film production and distribution, merchandising and licensing; complex property licensing and acquisition for television and film; book publishing and co-author agreements; television commercials production; product endorsement transactions; sports tour and event sponsorships and athlete service contracts; infomercials and executive employment contracts.
