Manny Joseph Caixeiro
Associate

Manny Caixeiro maintains a broad-based commercial litigation and appellate practice, with extensive experience in business tort, contract, patent, licensing, and bankruptcy disputes. Mr. Caixeiro represents financial institutions, public and private companies, and other clients in complex litigation in federal and state courts, before arbitration panels, and on appeal.

Mr. Caixeiro has experience with many facets of eDiscovery, including advising clients as to methods, advantages and costs of eDiscovery; managing large and small eDiscovery projects, ranging from millions to several thousand pages of documents; and participating in electronic document collection, production and review. He has frequently advised clients concerning document retention and preservation requirements.

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. Caixeiro was an associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges LLP.
