Louis A. Spoto has over 20 years of experience in entertainment law, with a focus on all aspects of motion picture and television transactions at the studio and independent levels.

Prior Work Experience

Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Mr. Spoto was executive vice president for business affairs at Scott Free Productions from 1995 to 1999, responsible for negotiating and documenting development and above-the-line production agreements as well as agreements with financiers, distributors, foreign sales companies, and completion guarantors. He was senior vice president for business affairs and administration at Triad Artists from 1986 to 1992, where he structured, negotiated, and documented agreements for the agency’s writer, producer, director, and talent clients.
