Loeb & Loeb LLP achieved a defense victory as lead counsel for The Pep Boys – Manny Moe & Jack on September 29, 2011, when the West Virginia Supreme Court affirmed a circuit court ruling that Pep Boys did not violate the Federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) through a telemarketing campaign that utilized automated dialers and prerecorded messages.
