Loeb & Loeb Represents Moraveda Realty Corp. in its Lease Agreement with Brookstone Stores, Inc.

NEW YORK - Loeb & Loeb LLP real estate partner Michael B. Kinney represented the landlord, Moraveda Realty Corp., a privately-owned company, in a retail lease transaction that closed on Wednesday with tenant, Brookstone Stores, Inc. Brookstone, a nationwide specialty retailer, leased the entire building located at 142 West 34th Street in NYC. This is Moraveda’s first deal with Brookstone which expects to open a new store in the space – its fourth in Manhattan.
The property is located in the heart of Herald Square. Previous tenants of the space have included Zales Jewelry Store.
