Loeb & Loeb Honored in Managing IP’s 2014 IP Handbook

Loeb & Loeb LLP’s Intellectual Property Practice again received high marks in Managing IP magazine’s annual IP Handbook, a premier reference guide for U.S. and international in-house counsel and private-practice lawyers seeking IP expertise in the United States.  The 2014 handbook, which includes rankings and feedback from the publication’s 2014 World IP Survey of thousands of IP practitioners, recommended Loeb & Loeb as a leading law firm in all areas of intellectual property law, including Trademark Prosecution, Trademark Contentious, Copyright and Patent Contentious law. The firm was recognized in the nationwide tables, as well as across the New York, California and Illinois regions.

Thirteen Loeb & Loeb partners were individually recognized as 2014 “IP Stars” by Managing IP. “IP Stars” have been recommended by clients and peers as leading intellectual property attorneys based on their specific areas of expertise and the various industries and technology areas served.

The Loeb & Loeb attorneys recognized in the 2014 guide include: John T. Frankenheimer, David W. Grace, David Grossman, Adam G. Kelly, Barry E. Mallen, Douglas N. Masters, Nerissa Coyle McGinn, Barry I. Slotnick, Mark E. Waddell, Laura A. Wytsma and Jonathan Zavin.

Managing IP magazine’s annual survey of the world IP market covers more than 80 countries, and the rankings are based on extensive research among IP practitioners carried out over six months starting in September of each year. A team of researchers in London, New York and Hong Kong sought responses from thousands of practitioners by phone, fax and email and in face-to-face meetings.
