Loeb & Loeb Counsels De Minimis Parties at Monterey Park Superfund Site

is counsel to the Operating Industries, Inc. (OII) De Minimis Group, which includes almost 100 de minimis parties at the OII Superfund Site in Monterey Park, Calif. On March 17, 2010, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) sent settlement offer letters to approximately 650 de minimis parties at the OII site. Mr. Cohen is assisting his clients in understanding the EPA’s offer and formulating a response strategy.
