Kevin Eisenberg represents a wide array of national senior lenders, second lien lenders, mezzanine debt funds, private equity funds and private equity sponsor groups in all types of financing transactions.

He has extensive experience in structuring and closing various debt facilities including senior debt loans, subordinated debt loans, mezzanine loans, second lien loans and private investments in public equity (PIPEs). These financings are made in connection with recapitalizations, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
