• Representation of Trinity Real Estate in its portfolio-wide leasing program in Hudson Square in New York, NY, including a 400,000 square foot lease to Viacom International Inc. at 345 Hudson Street, a 148,000 square foot lease to Horizon Media at One Hudson Square, a 147,000 square foot lease to Omnicom Group at One Hudson Square, a series of leases to Havas of over 200,000 square feet, a 99,000 square foot lease to Medidata at 350 Hudson Street, and a 95,000 square foot lease to CUNY at 205 Hudson Street.
  
• Representation of major insurance organization in its 150,000 square foot lease at 399 Park Avenue.
  
• Representation of owner in connection with the redevelopment of the retail portion of the building located at 717 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York, including negotiation, on behalf of the owner, of leases of flagship stores for Hugo Boss and Escada, and the subsequent sale of the building.
  
• Representation of a major financial services firm in the renewal of its headquarters lease at 605 Third Avenue and in branch leases in various cities in the United States.
