Represented a major insurance organization in its 150,000 square foot lease at 399 Park Avenue.
Represented owner in connection with the redevelopment of the retail portion of the building located at 717 Fifth Avenue, New York, New York, including negotiation, on behalf of the owner, of leases of flagship stores for Hugo Boss and Escada, and the subsequent sale of the building.
Represented a major financial services firm in the renewal of its headquarters lease at 605 Third Avenue and in branch leases in various cities in the United States.
Represented corporate conglomerate in the renewal of its New York City headquarters lease at 200 Park Avenue, New York, New York, and in other transactions around the United States.
