The Los Angeles Business Journal has recognized Loeb & Loeb partner Christopher Kelly, co-chair of the firm's Corporate Department, as one of the city’s top 40 corporate dealmakers in the publication’s “Who’s Who in L.A. Law” special report. For 2011, the annual report focused exclusively on corporate law, and local experts and attorneys were surveyed to select those lawyers who are known for closing the biggest corporate and M&A transactions. Kelly was profiled in the issue on some of his most significant deals and practice highlights.
