Karl Block has a broad-based practice in the areas of corporate and corporate restructuring law. His practice includes representations of targets and acquirers in acquisitions, divestitures, and business combinations, counseling in strategic alliances, representations of troubled companies and their creditors and shareholders, and counseling on corporate governance matters. Mr. Block frequently renders advice in many areas of corporate practice and counsels boards on fiduciary duties. His clients range from Fortune 20 companies to entrepreneurs growing their businesses.
Prior Work Experience
Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Mr. Block was chair of the commercial transactions and restructurings department at Greenberg Glusker Fields Claman & Machtinger LLP.
