Josh Freeman Stinn maintains a diverse corporate, business, regulatory, and real estate practice. Leveraging his experience with and knowledge of various government and political entities Mr. Freeman Stinn is able to provide his clients with strategic legal counsel on how best to position themselves in highly regulated and politically driven transactions.

The intersection of law and public policy is the emphasis of his diverse practice. Understanding these nuanced considerations, whether in a corporate transaction or regulatory process, is most often the critical factor towards successfully resolving a client’s concern – and it’s in precisely this space that Mr. Freeman Stinn’s client value is established. In addition to his strategic counsel, he also handles a variety of land use matters, including environmental compliance and government and regulatory affairs.

Prior Work Experience

Mr. Freeman Stinn joins Loeb & Loeb LLP, bringing with him a vast array of political and governmental experience. He has worked at the national level on four presidential campaigns, providing strategic advice in the areas of media and voter relations. Additionally, Mr. Freeman Stinn served in former Governor Davis' administration, as the Deputy Director of Advance, a division of the communications team. There he worked to coordinate media events and public relations strategy. Mr. Stinn has also worked at the local and regional levels of various campaigns, including one to increase Brentwood's urban limit line, as well as overseeing two state legislative races.
