Jennifer Strong’s practice focuses on patent litigation with a concentration in Hatch-Waxman litigation. Ms. Strong has significant experience in the representation of numerous large chemical and pharmaceutical companies in large scale litigations, as well as before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Strong’s experience in patent litigation includes drafting motions and oppositions, pre-suit due diligence, discovery, coordinating production, preparing privilege logs, and drafting briefs for preliminary injunction, summary judgment, claim construction and motions to transfer.
