Ira A. Schreger
Partner
Ira Schreger is a member of the firm's corporate group and also practices in the intellectual property arena. He represents a wide array of both US and non-US public and private companies involved in diverse business operations, and counsels their respective management in a broad range of their business and legal affair issues, including license and technology transfer agreements; development, production, distribution and marketing arrangements; trans-national joint ventures, collaborations and technology alliances; mergers and acquisitions; financings; insurance; internal compliance and corporate governance issues; and other matters of strategic and tactical importance.
Mr. Schreger has extensive experience in representing pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies. In addition to his corporate practice, Mr. Schreger represents authors and illustrators regarding publishing transactions; the capitalization of, participation in and presentation of theatrical, movie and television productions; and the license and other commercial exploitation of related ancillary rights in the entertainment industry.
Prior Work Experience
Before joining Loeb & Loeb LLP, Mr. Schreger was a partner at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP. He also served as senior vice president, legal and corporate secretary of Sequa Corporation.
