We have been especially successful with our ties in Asia, particularly in corporate transactions, and have honed our ability to both speak and write Chinese. We represent dozens of Chinese and other Asian companies and have taken more than 50 Asian companies public in the U.S., including
the first Chinese, Taiwanese, and Thai companies to be listed on the American Stock Exchange, and the first reverse merger to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
