Helen Bainbridge is a senior paralegal engaged in the firm's Trusts and Estates practice.

Ms. Bainbridge has over 25 years of experience in this field, with a concentration in trust and estate administration, estate, gift, and income taxation and the formation of tax exempt organizations. She serves as a liaison between high net worth clients, their attorneys, their accountants and their family members.

She also works closely with Leah Bishop, a Loeb & Loeb partner specializing in nonprofit law. In this regard, Ms. Bainbridge has developed course materials and forms for in-house seminars pertaining to the formation of nonprofit organizations, the application for tax-exempt status and the maintenance of corporate records for nonprofit corporations.

Prior Work Experience

Ms. Bainbridge has been a trust, estate and tax paralegal in various law firms, including Shea & Gardner in Washington, D.C. and most recently, O'Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles, California.

Prior to moving to California, she worked as a tax accountant for the accounting firm of McGladrey & Pullen, and was a vice president and trust officer for BankIllinois in Champaign, Illinois.
