Frank Borchetta concentrates his practice on matters involving biotechnological inventions and Hatch-Waxman pharmaceutical litigation. His litigation experience includes drafting complaints and motions, working with experts to prepare declarations, and analyzing issues arising during fact and expert discovery. His experience includes obtaining a very favorable settlement on behalf of a multi-national corporation in a complex patent litigation involving digital camera technology and multiple patents. Mr. Borchetta also advises clients regarding patentability and freedom to operate issues on a wide range of technologies, and has conducted due diligence investigations of patent portfolios involving multi-million dollar license agreements. He also represents clients before the United States Patent and Trademark Office in all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution.
